Pre-IB Information Sessions
NWSS will be holding a Parent Information Session for current Grade 8 students who wish to enroll in Pre-IB Grade 9 ‘s on Monday, January 15,2018 in the NWSS Library at 6:30pm.
It is a walk-in session so no registration is necessary.
Application packages will be available at the Parent Information Session on Monday, January 15, 2018, or from your counsellor at Glenbrook Middle School.
Applications and supporting documents are due at NWSS on Friday, January 26, 2018 by 2pm. These can be handed in to the Glenbrook Counsellor by Thursday, January 25th and she will ensure they are delivered to the high school.
Confidential Teacher Referral Form: Applicants must provide two references. One should come from a Humanities (Socials, English, or French) teacher and one from a Science or Math teacher.
Entrance Testing: Saturday, February 3, 2018, 9:30 am – 12:15 pm, in the Pearson Cafeteria at NWSS.
Letters advising students whether they have been accepted into the program or not (or waitlisted) will be mailed in early March.
