REGISTRATION: EGMS Ski & Snowboard Club 2022-23
This year, in the interest of fairness, we have decided to shift to a simple 3-step registration process that will allow us to digitally time-stamp the receipt of each sign-up, and to streamline the organization of this activity. Here are the 3 steps:
- On Tuesday November 8th at precisely 7:00 PM, a simple signup form will become available at the link below. Each entry will be dated and time-stamped as it is received. (Note: the form WILL NOT become available to access until the date and time listed above.) The information needed on the form will be: Child’s Last Name, Child’s First Name, Division/Teacher, and parent email.

2. We will accept the first 100 respondents to sign up. The following day, they will receive an email confirming their spot, and further instructions for payment (to be made via School Cash Online) will be shared. Payments must be made within 48 hours of receiving the link. We will keep a small waitlist of 5 students; they will also be notified of their waitlist status. *Please be aware that if payment is not made within that 48 hour window, the sign-up will be considered forfeit, and the spot will be offered to the next person on the waitlist.*
3. Once those applicants have successfully paid, the organizers will then make arrangements to send home a full registration package with each child.
