School Cash Online
All New Westminster schools make use of the School Cash Online program as a safe, easy-to use, and secure way for parents & guardians to fill out online permission forms and pay for many different school items, activities, and field trips. School Cash Online allows you to pay with credit or debit, as well as offering the choice to load an online wallet that allows you to allocate funds to pay for items at a later date.
Please note that if you have not already done so, registering for School Cash Online is mandatory throughout the school district, as use of the program will follow students from elementary and middle school on to the high school. This is especially important to note because at the beginning of each school year, Start-of-Year permission forms and Emergency Contact forms will be hosted there. These forms MUST be filled out anew at the start of each school year; students will not be welcome to use Chromebooks or the internet or attend walking field trips until these forms have been completed.
