School Cash Online

All New Westminster schools make use of the School Cash Online program as a safe, easy-to use, and secure way for parents & guardians to fill out online permission forms and pay for many different school items, activities, and field trips. School Cash Online allows you to pay with credit or debit, as well as offering the choice to load an online wallet that allows you to allocate funds to pay for items at a later date.

Please note that if you have not already done so, registering for School Cash Online is mandatory throughout the school district, as use of the program will follow students from elementary and middle school on to the high school. This is especially important to note because at the beginning of each school year, Start-of-Year permission forms and Emergency Contact forms will be hosted there. These forms MUST be filled out anew at the start of each school year; students will not be welcome to use Chromebooks or the internet or attend walking field trips until these forms have been completed.

If this is your first time accessing School Cash, please follow the simple steps below to set up a new account: 

  1. Click the link in red above, and register yourself as directed.
  2. Once you’ve signed in after registering, you will be taken to a page that allows you to add your child to your account. Follow the directions provided to add each of your children to your account.
  3. Once your student(s) have been added in, you will be able to click near the child’s name and see “items for student”. You will then see a list for all items available—near the start of the new school year, the parent permission form, emergency contact form, and Student Information Verification forms will all show up in red, as they are mandatory for parents & guardians to complete.
  4. Once you see that these forms are available to you, please click on each of them individually to open & fill them out. Once you have done so, proceed to “check out” as if you are purchasing something for each one, but the “cost” will be $0.00.
